Anther day of climbing and a 13 mile descent. Quite the rush.

NO 4th GRADERS MAY CONTINUE READING!!NONE

We will be having riders leave soon. Almost all are young and have jobs, etc and only signed up for part of the tour.
One of the first to leave will be Rich. He is obscenely funny. He has been claiming that his room mate has been slipping him a pill at night and having his way with him. The proof he claims is in an examination of his anus. He will be missed.

I guess they told you I would be in Michigan for the holidays. You'll do anything to avoid a golf game! Good luck, Reg

YOU ALREADY KNOW THIS, BUT IT SURE SOUNDS LIKE A LIFE-CHANGING EXPERIENCE. I HAVE A FEELING THAT YOU'VE DONE THE HARDEST PART, SO HANG IN THERE. I WILL BE IN ALASKA FOR 2 WEEKS BEGINNING TOMORROW (VISITING MY SON AND FAMILY), SO YOU MAY NOT HEAR FROM ME. HOW IS YOUR BIKE HOLDING UP?

Bruce, didn't you see the earlier picture of Al's white plastic basket with daisies on his handle bars? I'm sure he's also got one of those flags on his bike.

I'm glad you converted to the scale that most of the rest of us use. Now we can identify your level of excitement (related to new roommate!) the Y group has something new to talk about every day - your blog. It's been great. Keep up the good work. (ps - Rob was medalist this week)

I hope you don't have one of those geeky flags on your slick bike.

If you look closely on a clear night you can see the rings around Uranus.

Your blog and pictures are wonderful and to think you do this after a day of riding. Your good humor still seems in good shape. Raining here today but very, very green. The hawk nest is getting huge.
