Don't Try this at home-Norway day 3
Immediately leaving the hotel today there was a 10% 3 mile climb. It took me 30 minutes. The climb continued from there about 7 miles but not as steeply except for on 13% climb.
It was worth it, high in the mountains there are lakes, waterfalls, snowy mountains. Stunningly beautiful.
A massive descent from there. I borrowed a down jacket from Graeme and was still freezing as we came down. It was 35%F in the dark side of the mountain and we were flying.
Another long climb finished the 80 mile ride.
The hotels we stay at cater to mountain hikers and they have drying rooms. How great is that. We wash are clothing and it is dry the next morning.
